"I am an Answer to Your Prayers."

Intercessory prayer is a core value of Global Initiative: Reaching Muslim Peoples (GI). The Jumaa Prayer Fellowship began in 1984 with the founding of the Center for Ministry to Muslims (CMM), now GI. Jumaa is the Arabic term for Friday and literally means “the day of gathering.” Around noon, Muslims congregate in the mosque for prayer followed by a sermon. During that same time, Christians gather in their respective time zone globally to intercede for Muslims.
